7.6. If you consider the any personal information we hold about you inaccurate, outofdate, incomplete or misleading, you are entitled to request a correction of the information. After receiving a request for correction, we will take reasonable steps to correct your information.

9.3. We acknowledge all complaints received and provide a point of contact and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
