Payment security

Secur payments on the Riquèn site are protected and encrypted through Paypal and Stripe.

Paypal payments are also further protected through Paypal buyer protection.

Warranty

Riquèn frames and other cycling accessories are high quality products that we take pride in offering to our customers. We are confident that Riquèn frames will achieve the high performance-metrics demanded by their design and engineering excellence. 

Our frames include a 2 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Riquèn will replace or repair a defective part (if it is possible). 

If you believe that your frame is defective, please fill out the warranty form that has been provided, make a copy of the order confirmation email, and photograph (and / or shoot a short video clip) of the defective component, which you can find located in the frame head tube, or at bottom of the BB. Then email the warranty form, supporting information and visuals to us at Sales@Riquen.com

Upon receiving your email which includes the warranty form, the defect will be assessed as to whether it is a manufacturing fault or some other fault. If assessed as a manufacturing fault we will pay for the shipping cost in order for you to receive your item, but if it is not a manufacturing defect you will remain responsible for the shipping cost.

If you do not fill out the form that has been provided your warranty will be voided. You should retain your original receipt, invoice and shipping label to provide proof of purchase.

Returns

Our Returns policy applies for two years. If more than two years have elapsed from the time of your purchase, we cannot then offer you a refund or exchange.

  • If the purchaser has used the product and insists on returning it, we will communicate with the purchaser and evaluate whether the return of the product is justified.

  • If the purchaser returns the goods for other than quality reasons, then the purchaser will be responsible for the freight and taxes incurred in the shipping process up to the point that the goods enter our warehouse.

  • After the goods have been returned, we will conduct a factory analysis the issue, which will normally take 1-3 days, and will then revert to you with our findings.

  • When your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notifying you that this has happened.

  • After concluding our investigations, we will notify you about our decision to approve or reject any refund or replacement.

Please note that we do not pay for any Custom clearance or Tax (either in the sender’s country or in China). We can only commence the refund process once the item has reached our warehouse.

Shipping and delivery

We provide free shipping.

Worldwide shipping will require 15 to 30 days depending on the quantity of items shipped and country of destination. 

For shipping we employ the services of world postal companies such as EMS, DPD, GLS, DHL, FEDEX, and UPS.

Please note that all our product prices that we quote to the customer do not include taxes. If taxes are required to be paid, Riquèn is not responsible for any custom duty or import tax, which will remain the obligation of the purchaser.
